Referral Guidelines

  1. You are eligible for a referral award only when a new customer you have referred installs new service with Dynamic Broadband.
  2. If the customer you refer is installed, you will receive a referral award of up to 200% of their monthly package rate in one of the following ways:

    Awards are payable 30 days following the month the customer is installed. There is no limit on the number of lead submission rewards an individual can receive. *Maximum value per award = $500.00

  3. Upon receipt of lead, DYBB will send acknowledgement of lead via email to the submitting party. Lead submissions will be valid for 60 days from the date of receipt by DYBB. However, if a lead submission expires without installation, another lead for the same account may be submitted again.
  4. Only one referral award can be given per lead. If a lead is referred by more than one person, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the customer installs service. Referrals for leads or prospects already working with DYBB employees will not receive referral awards.
