Dynamic Broadband, Inc. named 2007 Communications Company of the Year!
Dynamic Broadband, Inc. a carrier class provider of fixed wireless broadband services for critical data and internet applications has been awarded the "Communications Company of the Year Award" by the Technology Association of Iowa.
The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI), in conjunction with LWBJ, announced the winners for the prestigious 2008 Prometheus Awards at The Meadows Convention Center, on Tuesday, March 4, 2008. 17 awards were given to leaders in Iowa's technology revolution, who in the past year have raised the bar for achievement and innovation in technology.
Winners were selected by the following panel of distinguished judges:
- Steve Carter, Director, Iowa State University Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship.
- Paul Juffer, Partner, LWBJ, LLC.
- Curt Nelson, President and CEO, Entrepreneurial Development Center.
- Steve Ringlee, Managing Partner, Cimarron Capital Partners.
- Eugene Wallingford, Associate Professor and Head, University of Northern Iowa Department of Computer Science.
- Pamela York, Executive Director, University of Iowa Research Foundation.
- Jamie Zanios, Director, Northern Iowa Area Community College, John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center.
"These awards honor the best and brightest in Iowa's technology industry. The winners are innovators and companies whose achievements easily match those of leading technology companies throughout the country," said Mark Kittrell, CEO of Team Technologies and chairman of TAI's board of directors.
"This recognition is a testament to the work of a great team of investors, employees, and vendors who are delivering solutions to customers over wireless technologies that are superior to copper or cable mediums," said Mike Brown, President of Dynamic Broadband.
