Headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dynamic Broadband uses the latest technology to serve its customers, providing economical super high-speed Internet service to both businesses and homes.

Mike J. Brown, President & CEO
Mr. Brown is a telecom veteran with 20+ years of experience building successful teams and scalable operations for TelecomUSA, MCI, and McLeodUSA. While at McLeodUSA, Mr. Brown built the sales organization from 1994 - 1998 taking revenues from $1.5 million to $233 million. More recently he served as the company's Chief Service Officer from 1998 - 2002, responsible for customer operations, network operations, and vendor management.
Mark Lundy, Chief Technology Officer & Company Co-Founder
Mr. Lundy was President and Owner of Syscomp, a Network Management company operating in Marshalltown, Iowa prior to co-founding Dynamic Broadband in 2000. Mr. Lundy is a graduate of Iowa State University. Prior to establishing his own company, he worked in Minneapolis with General Motors and Bilstein Corporation.
Dennis Murdock, Chairman & Director
Mr. Murdock is the CEO of Central Iowa Power Cooperative (CIPCO), a generating and transmitting electric utility headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with annual revenues of $130 million.
James B. Fogt, Secretary/Treasurer & Director
Mr. Fogt is Vice President and former Chief Financial Officer of CIPCO. He has over 30 years' experience in directing companies' financial operations. He has held the top financial position of a bank holding company, a multi-state convenience store company and a merchant banking firm. Mr. Fogt is a CPA.
Paul D. Rhines, Director
Mr. Rhines has over 30 years of private equity and venture capital investment experience. Mr. Rhines was a founding general partner of Allsop Venture Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm managing $105 million of institutional capital. All three of the partnerships performed in the top quartile of the industry and outperformed the industry average in actual distributions to the limited partners. Mr. Rhines also co-founded Aavin Venture Capital, a private equity fund that employs a similar investment strategy to the Allsop funds and identifies co-investment opportunities for its limited partners.
Kirk E. Kaalberg, Director
Mr. Kaalberg has 19 years of operational experience in the telecommunications, software and networking industries. Mr. Kaalberg was a co-founder and held a senior management position with McLeodUSA, one of the nation's largest competitive local exchange carriers that was purchased by New York based Paetec in 2008. Mr. Kaalberg has significant executive management and corporate development experience including leading and participating in merger and acquisitions as well as identifying new markets and developing and launching products and services to take advantage of such opportunities.
James M. Nikrant, Director
Mr. Nikrant is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Lil' Drug Store Products in Cedar Rpaids, Iowa. He has held various positions at General Electric over a 28 year career including General Manager of GE's national customer service business. Mr. Nikrant is an experienced entrepreneur with experience in the security and lock business, customer service outsourcing, and manufacturing. Mr. Nikrant holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College in Bera, Ohio.
Dennis C. Wangeman, Director
Mr. Wangeman is an experienced financial leader whose earlier career was in public accounting and more recently he served as CFO at Roush Products Company and Vice President and CFO with St. Lukes Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Mr. Wangeman is a graduate of Drake University and a CPA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Benjamin A. Anderson, Director and Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Anderson joined Dynamic Broadband in April, 2007 when his company X-Wires Communications was acquired. Mr. Anderson was the president and a founding member of X-Wires Communications, L.L.C. In early 2002, Anderson, along with a group of classmates started X-Wires as a group project for a class at the University of Iowa. The group identified an unmet niche in the Internet service market in Iowa City and began providing high-speed Internet services to businesses, residences, and multi-dwelling units in and around Iowa City. As a founding member of X-Wires, Ben's duties have included investment acquisition, sales, administration of the LLC, fiscal management, RF planning and wireless network design. Ben graduated from the University of Iowa in December 2003 with a degree in Economics, a business minor and the certificate of entrepreneurship.
